Our new Zendesk Knowledge Base & Helpdesk is READY!

Our Knowledge Base and Helpdesk have been upgraded as part of a new initiative that will make it easier for you to self-serve and to get in touch with us when you need to.


As of Monday the 12th of June, we have moved our helpdesk from Mojo helpdesk to Zendesk. You can no longer access Mojo. Any open tickets have been moved to Zendesk. We will have access to Mojo's data for the next 12 months in case you would like us to export anything for you. Please raise a ticket on Zendesk with the details for the team to look into.


To access our new Knowledge Base, log into you eArcu system and click the '?' on the navigation bar in the top right. For non-helpdesk user or if you don't have access to the '?' knowledge base button from within your eArcu system, please contact your internal eArcu Support Team.
